Today I have choose lower level of  assistance and used 30-80 lbs (14-36 kg) robust  resistance band. I have managed 11 pull ups and did need to go for power green resistance band  30-100 lbs (14-45 kg)  to complete 15 pull ups in one row.  Of course, eventually I hope to be able to pull up without the bands, but for now I am absolutely thrilled.
