Success in triathlon means pacing yourself correctly throughout. And the key element in any triathlon is endurance. I have spent some time doing sprint distance to improve my speed for Standard Distance.

But simply, I don't spend all my time doing sprint distances if I want to improve my long - distance running. I am keeping the training interesting. So I stood into Sprint Roadford Distance Triathlon on 22nd May 2016 and completed in 1:34:31
